WHAT IS A MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC SIGNING AGENT:  A Notary Signing Agent is a serious position taken by a Notary Public commissioned within a state, most often, the state of residency.  The Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public who has received additional education and training in the field of mortgages and loan documents. 

 

Since there is a lot of liability and possibility of errors, the Notary Public must a person who is also attentive to details, knowledgeable and patient.  These three attributes will create a business opportunity to earn extra money as a professional Notary Loan Signing Agent sought out by lenders, attorneys and the escrow/title companies.  As a Notary Signing Agent, you have to understand the mortgage /lending terminology, forms and processes to produce error free work.  Knowledge of what is allowed for a Notary Public within your state and ability to quickly determine when an illegal request is presented.

More in-depth coverage of the office of a “Notary Signing Agent”.  Understand the loan signing industry and where you fit in.  Follow a signing from “Start to Finish”.  Learn to avoid common mistakes and errors. 

This course is designed to assist the current notary with a knowledge, understanding and training for the sub-specialty as a notary signing agent handling loan document packages for lenders, mortgage companies, title and escrow companies and other financial institutions.

It is recommended to take and complete the New Jersey Notary Public Education Course prior to completion of this course.
